It is possible for you to pay your Metro PCS bill online. That is something you can do on the Metro PCS website. As long as you can remember your Metro PCS number, and you have the required amount of money, it should be easy for you to pay your bill online.
Accessing the Metro PCS payment page
You have to start by going to the Metro PCS website homepage, at metropcs.com. So you just enter that address/URL (metropcs.com) into your browser. Then will then be taken to the Metro PCS website’s homepage.
Once you get to the Metro PCS website’s homepage, you will notice that there is a main menu at the top, with items like ‘Shop’, ‘Support’ and ‘Payment’. Click on the ‘Payment’ link, from that main menu.
Once you click on the ‘Payment’ link, you will be taken to the page where you can make the actual payment. As required, just enter the MetroPCS phone number and confirm it. Then, on the next screen, enter the credit/debit card details (and payment amount) and finally confirm the payment. You will then have completed the transaction.

You have two key options, in terms of how you can pay MetroPCS bills online. The first option is where you can make a payment without logging in – that is, by just entering your MetroPCS phone number and confirming it. The second option is where you choose to log in first, and make the payment while logged in. In the latter option, you will have to enter your MetroPCS phone number alongside the account PIN, in order to log in. Then you can then proceed to make the payment while logged in.
Steps you need to follow, to make your MetroPCS payments online
As noted earlier, the first step is to go to the MetroPCS website, at metropcs.com.
When you get the MetroPCS website, the next step is to click on the ‘Payment’ link, from the main menu at the top of the homepage. This link is in the same line with other links like the ‘Shop’ and ‘Support’ links. So from that menu, you click on the ‘payment’ link.
When you click on the ‘payment’ link, you are taken to online payments page. There, you can opt to either pay without logging in or pay while logged in.
If you opt to pay without logging in, just enter (and confirm by re-entering) your MetroPCS phone number. Then enter the amount you wish to pay, as well as credit/debit card details, and confirm the payment to complete the process.
If you opt to pay while logged in, click on the button that says ‘Make a Payment with Login’. Upon clicking on that button, you will be taken to a page where you will need to enter your MetroPCS phone number and account PIN, in order to log in. Once you are logged in, you can proceed to enter the payment amount as well as credit/debit card details. Then you can confirm the details, in order to complete the payment.

You have added four or five different sites with instructions that take an hour to read and still
make it impossible to “pay the damn bill”! If you don’t want my money, just say so. I will find another phone company that provides online payment who does not charge an additional 5 or 6 dollars to go in to the store to pay it. What are you trying to prove? Why make something hard?

This is horrible, Every month I have dealt with, where should I go on line to pay my bill. Not any one opens up to pay my bill w/o extra charge.
Can’t pay my bill because site won’t recognize my first name which it has been used other times. Also MetroPCS has failed to send the monthly reminder for paying the bill which it always did 7 days before payment is due.
Type first name then use back space key their app has a flaw which adds an extra space after both your first and last name so erase that invisible space on first and last name and it will work
I am experiencing the same issues as above. Very hard to find the right site to pay my bill. Everything was fine until a few months ago. What are you people doing/thinking? Just want to pay the bill. You no longer send “reminders” that the bill is due as you used to. Becoming very difficult to deal with Metro PCS. Might need to find another carrier.

This is really outrageous and extremely unacceptable. I’m trying to pay my bill online and this should be a very easy process. I work and have a very busy schedule so I most certainly do NOT have the time to read everything and go to this site, that site, etc. ENOUGH!! Do something about this I’ve been with Metro for over 8 years and getting ready to go elsewhere. What on earth is wrong with this company? It appears that ever since you and TMobile got together, things changed. Not for the better I may add. I’d hate to leave because I do like Metro but trying to pay your bill should definitely not be this difficult for anyone.

very shity site to pay bill, metro pcs does this on purpose to force people to pay a fee ..I would not be surprised if these sites are owned by metro pcs, and when I go to the last site I paid bill on, it changes the next month…when the metro pcs phone goes kaput I will change to at&t

I agree with the other customers. It is difficult to get the Metro site to pay with a debit or credit card. It should NOT take more than 5-8 minutes NOT 20 to 30 minutes of hassle. Please let your customers pay their bill with ease NOT hassle. Metro wants to make $4-5 extra to pay your bill?? That is NOT right or fair!

I can’t find a way to pay the bill on line. I won’t ever go to the store cuzz I don’t have time and don’ want to pay the extra fee. What’s going on? I’m willing to

Is this the only way to pay the phone bill? I do NOT pay any of my bills on line and I am not interested in starting to do that just to have Metropcs as my phone service. I have friends that are very please with MetroPCS that is why I was thinking of changing companies, but as I said earlier, if the only way I can pay my bill is on line I will have to stay with the company I am with.
